Palucca University allows the use of Microsoft Office 365 Education A3 for students and staff.

Important notes before use

• Use of the Office 365 package is limited to a maximum of 5 devices simultaneously.
• Staff are prohibited from uploading internal university files and documents to MicrosoftOneDrive. Please use only our internal network drives for this purpose.
• Files stored in Microsoft OneDrive are not covered by data backup!
• After deregistration or termination of affiliation with the university, all data in the Microsoft cloud will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

On this platform, you will find all applications and cloud services offered as part of Microsoft’s Education package.

Please use your Palucca email address and your Palucca password as login credentials.

Installation of Office 365 software for Windows / macOS

Below you will find instructions for downloading the Office 365 software packages:

1. Sign in to https://m365.cloud.microsoft.
2. Click the "Apps" button on the left.
3. Click the "Install apps" button in the top right corner and then select "Microsoft 365 Apps".
4. Run the downloaded installation file on your device and install Office 365.

4. After the first launch of the Office 365 suite, sign in with your Palucca email address. The following window will appear:

Uncheck the box that says “Allow my organization to manage my device” and click “No, just this app.”
