IP Telephony with DFN VoIP-Centrex

The telephone system at Palucca University offers staff a wide range of options to configure and use their phones. Setup and operation can be managed either via your desk phone (Yealink T31, T54W) or via the DFN VoIP-Centrex software.

DFN VoIP-Centrex

The DFN VoIP-Centrex software serves as the digital version of your office phone.

All staff members at Palucca University have the option to make official landline calls via web access or a smartphone app, regardless of their current work location. To ensure you can be reached under your official phone number while working remotely, we recommend using the web app on your laptop or the mobile app on your smartphone. VoIP-Centrex can also be used on personal devices or on your office PC. The web app can be opened in any standard browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).

Note: It is neither required nor permitted to forward calls to private numbers. Otherwise, high call charges may occur. Call forwarding within Palucca University remains fully permitted.
