Target Group: Staff

The products of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite are available for use on university-owned workstations. Staff members of Palucca 日博体育 have user licenses for this purpose. The use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) is fee-based, but the costs are discounted through special framework agreements.

Interested persons can apply for an Adobe CC license at the Organization/IT Department. Additionally, it is possible to purchase either a license for Adobe Acrobat Standard or the entire Adobe Creative Cloud. Installation of the products on your workstation is carried out exclusively by the Organization/IT Department.

Consent for Data Transmission

To use the current version of Adobe CC, the following personal data must be transmitted to Adobe:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address

Data transmission is always encrypted, both during the initial application and during later login.

Note: It is important to note that you should not store any personal data in the Adobe Cloud storage. We strongly recommend avoiding the use of Adobe Cloud storage and instead using the central network drives. This contributes to security and data protection compliance.

Registration and Login

1. Apply for the Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Acrobat Standard at the Organization/IT Department.
2. After successful verification, you will receive an email from Adobe with a link to set your password.
3. After successful installation of the Adobe CC client on your workstation by the Organization/IT Department, you can log in to the Adobe CC client and independently install the required Adobe products as well as perform future updates.
