Learning Platforms – OPAL and LernSAX
Target group: All University Members
Palucca University provides two different online learning platforms for all members and guests of the university.
OPAL
OPAL – the Online Platform for Academic Teaching and Learning – is the learning platform of Palucca University and other Saxon universities. It can be used by all members of Palucca University with a valid Palucca account (excluding Highschool students) as well as by guests. OPAL enables flexible learning and working independent of time and place, both individually and in groups. On OPAL, you will find, among other things, scripts and teaching materials, assignments and tests, course enrollments, as well as learning and working groups.

LernSax
LernSax is a school platform designed to digitally support the teaching and learning process. It enables teachers, highschool students, and parents to communicate, exchange learning materials, manage assignments and tests, as well as organize school activities. Each highschool student receives their individual LernSax login credentials at the start of school.
